At the core of the Chugach Children’s Forest philosophy is the idea that youth and communities become more connected to the outdoors if they are offered meaningful service opportunities working on public lands. Each year we host hundreds of volunteers from schools, local communities and from across the nation ranging from half day commitments to season long opportunities.
